Several different Chicken Roulade entrees have been added to the holiday catering menu at Canopy Rose.

The bejeweled ruby of sun-dried tomatoes, the vibrant emerald green of fresh spinach and herbs and the snowy white of chevre cheese that deliciously fill the center of these exquisite hand-crafted roulades are perfect fare for holiday celebrations.

Chicken Roulade is delightful as an entree or equally delightful as bite size appetizers.
